Terms of sale

THE 9 PRETTY P's WHEN ORDERING WITH ME:

Information & conditions of sale for all Custom & Ready-Made Orders, for which is your responsibility to read and understand prior to purchasing with me.

1. PATIENCE - If you wish for your order yesterday then sorry, I'm not your girl. My creations take careful time and planning, and I will usually have orders ahead of yours. From the day of full payment received, my custom order turnaround time is a minimum 8 weeks wait (or by a due date we have agreed upon) This does not include postage time and may extend leading up to the Christmas/New year period. As a rule, I am normally booked out for the rest of the year by about the 1st of September, I also take a holiday break in January. Easter months are also a busier period.

*RUSH ORDERS are sometimes a possibility. You are always welcome to inquire, but please be aware if accepted, they will incur up to 20% in overtime costs.

2. PRICING - Any prices you see on previous posts of my work are subject to change at anytime without notice and should be considered as a guideline only. For your own unique custom order, pricing will be quoted to you based on choice of style, size, fabric, hours of creation involved by me and other factors. *Please DO NOT ask me for discounts of any kind. This business is how I make a living (it is not a hobby craft) I value my time and many hours are put into my creations, far beyond the sewing components. So I need to take a minimum wage after cost of materials and overheads, as well as the time I have spent organising your creation with you. I have AFTER PAY & PayPal Lay-buy options if they are helpful financially.

3. POLITENESS - If I reply to you (which I will), please have the decency to reply back to me. If you no longer wish to proceed with something please let me know ASAP so I'm not left chasing or wondering where you went after all the information I gave you. Please do not ask for ongoing creative layouts or invoices if you know you cannot afford it or simply have no intention to follow through with an order. Customers that constantly do this will not be given priority in future. For orders already underway... Please, there is no need to chase and check the progress of your order on a daily/weekly basis by constantly messaging me. If we agreed on a deadline - I will meet it! Otherwise your order will fall fairly within my 8 week time frame before its finished then posted to you.

4. PROMPTNESS - To secure your fabric temporarily a deposit is needed, but to secure your order and place in line - Full payment is required. So the sooner you get back to me the sooner your order goes on my list. I make no promises other than being honest about what I can do at the time you first contact me, after that it's up to you to follow through so I can make it happen. *No holds/guarantees on fabric choice, quotations or custom spots until full payment has been received.

5. PRECISION- You are solely responsible for choosing the correct size for your Custom Order creation. I will always offer for you to take measurements and am happy to talk you through what I require to estimate your size and how to do it. I will then confirm my professional opinion with you for your final approval. Once an order has been 'finalised' please note that NO changes are encouraged or usually possible (only at my discretion) - this includes all details from fabric choices to sizing etc. For Ready Made sales I will always list the pattern measurements for the size listed, so please cross check that before final purchase. Ultimately if you are in doubt you should either choose a standard size that the wearer already fits or size up to be safe. Better bigger than smaller. Choosing the right size is up to you! No change of mind exchanges/refunds are permitted. 6. POSTAGE - I only send by regular tracked/registered mail (Express if needed) within 2-3 business days of order completion OR up to a week or more for International orders since I must lodge in person at a post office. You will need to sign at the door for your package on arrival, otherwise it goes to your local mail centre for safekeeping of around 10 days. I will always send you tracking information at time of posting from my end. I DO NOT offer home pick-ups or fitting appointments at this stage. 7. PROFESSIONALISM - Always be kind, respectful and courteous since I will treat you the same. Should you have any concerns with your order please only private message my page to discuss. Any person found to speak poorly about me on any social platform or who blocks my personal profile on Facebook/Instagram will be immediately removed from my pages, as well as ending any future business relationship with me.

8. PHOTOS - I love them!! So if your simply thrilled with your pretties once received, please feel free to send me happy snaps anytime via message or you are also welcome to post directly in Natalie's Creations Couture VIP Nook on Facebook. www.facebook.com/groups/nataliescreationscouture *Any photos you send me personally or post publicly in places I am a member of, will automatically be assumed that I can re-share for NCC promotional purposes unless you have told me otherwise not to.

PLEASE NOTE: I do not offer refunds or exchanges under any circumstances. Please choose carefully and ask all questions before committing to payment of your order. Rare/unexpected faults will be handled fairly. Anything else is at the customers expense including all return postage. *ACCC guidelines apply.

LEGAL: I reserve the right to refuse/ban doing business with any person or entity at my own discretion at anytime before, during or after a transaction is complete. In the same way a customer chooses where to shop - I can also choose the kind of customers I wish to serve/deal with. A customers politeness, integrity and an overall respect for how I run my business will go a long way with me. Derogatory or defaming comments regarding my work (formal or informal) including unsolicited emails or gossiping about me to other people/customers on other platforms will not be tolerated under any circumstances. You will be banned from my business immediately and action will be taken towards anyone found damaging my reputation.
